Unfortunately, you cannot find the TM for Hypnosis in Pearl. In fact, a TM for Hypnosis doesn't even exist. Hypnosis is not a TM. There is no TM for Hypnosis. Hypnosis is not a TM in any of the Pokemon games. You would have to get it by leveling up. There is no hypnosis TM. Its not a TM. Your Pokemon has to learn it.
